Basic and Modified Push-up  

 

In this video, Rochelle demonstrates the push-up and the modified push-up. The exercise targets the chest, back of the arms (Triceps), and the front of the shoulder. The trunk of the body is also working to keep stabilized and balanced throughout the exercise.

 
 
Basic Squat  

 

In this video, Rochelle demonstrates the proper squat technique. This exercise works almost the entire body (including the abdominals and the muscles along the spine). It specifically targets the large muscles of the lower body: the front of thighs (quads), back of the thighs (hamstrings), and the gluteus maximus (butt).

 
Basic Lunge  

 

In this video, Rochelle demonstrates the foward lunge. This exercise mostly targets the large muscles of the lower body: the front of thighs (quads), back of the thighs (hamstrings), and the gluteus maximus (butt). It also engages the trunk or core of the body (the abdominals and the muscles along the spine) to keep the body balanced and stabilized.
